Testimonials & Endorsements:
Any testimonials and endorsements in advertisements must comply with all applicable laws, industry codes, rules, and regulations. Diagnostics Master also has the right to edit profiles of Third Party Labs to enhance their suitability for package searches on the Website. If Third Party Labs and/or Users identify any incorrect information on the Website related to them, they can rectify it personally or promptly inform Diagnostics Master for corrections. Terms for Utilizing Online Doctor Consultancy Services:
The determination of diagnostic and treatment services typically falls within the purview of a physician. Consequently, Medical Experts may lack awareness of facts or information that could influence their opinion on your diagnosis. To address this limitation, Diagnostics Master strongly recommends maintaining communication with an on-ground physician and sharing the Diagnostics Master opinion with them. By initiating a medical opinion request through the Website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:-
The advice, information, or opinion on your diagnosis may be limited and provisional.
The medical opinion is not a substitute for an in-person visit with a physician and does not establish an actual doctor-patient relationship.
The Medical Expert relies on information provided by you, and any demonstrated falsification, misleading details, or incompleteness will render the opinion null and void.
In the case of a second opinion where differences arise between our Medical Experts and your physician, you bear the responsibility to decide on online or offline consultation, procedure, and/or treatment.
In some instances, the Medical Expert may deem the transmitted information of inadequate quality and may request more details, refusing to answer the query without them.
Rarely, Medical Experts may find certain queries unanswerable without physically examining the patient/Users, leading to a refusal of the Consultation.
Delays in medical evaluation and answers may occur due to deficiencies or failures of the service, as mentioned in these Terms of Use.
In extremely rare cases, security protocol failures could result in a breach of privacy of personal medical information.
ELIGIBILITY
To avail the Services and/or transact with Third Party Service Providers through the Website, registration is mandatory, following the procedure established by Diagnostics Master. During the registration process, the company may collect the following personal information:

Access to the Website through registration is restricted to natural persons who are not competent to contract’ under the Contract Act. All fees mentioned are exclusive of applicable taxes. Covenants:
All Covenanters agree not to engage in activities such as:
Sharing information that does not belong to them.
Creating content that is harmful, insulting, or violates various criteria.
Infringing on patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other proprietary rights.
Violating any applicable laws.
Impersonating others.
Deceiving or misleading recipients with false information.
Creating content harmful to children.
Including software viruses or code designed to disrupt computer resources.
Engaging in activities prohibited by law, including those related to drugs.
Spreading false information with the intent to mislead or harass.
Threatening national unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty.
Additional Prohibitions:
Covenanters are also restricted from:
Violating the integrity or security of the website or Diagnostics Master content.
Transmitting disruptive or competitive information.
Intentionally submitting incomplete, false, or inaccurate information.
Making unsolicited communications to other Covenanters.
Using tools or mechanisms to navigate or search the website.
Attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the website.

Framing, hotlinking, or deeplinking any Diagnostics Master content.
Enforcement and Actions:

Liability:
In cases of non-compliance by a Covenanter with applicable laws, rules, regulations, or the terms of use, Diagnostics Master reserves the right to immediately terminate access or usage rights and remove noncompliant information. The liability rests with Party Labs or the Third Party Pharmacies.
Medical History Sharing:
Users sharing their medical history during interactions with Medical Experts do so at their own risk. Diagnostics Master retains the right to keep such information for providing services to the Users.
Consultation Services:
Regarding Consultation Services, once the patient selects the type of treatment (Homeopathy, Allopathy, or Ayurveda) and specifies the disease, Diagnostics Master will determine the appropriate Medical Expert based on user-provided information. However, the Protected Entities are not liable for losses due to such decision-making or for any Consultation provided or e-prescription issued by the Medical Expert using the online medical consultancy interface.
Facilitator Role of Protected Entities:
Users recognize that Protected Entities act as facilitators by providing a platform for interaction and transactions between parties. The Protected Entities are not liable for losses related to services offered through the website.
Limitation of Liability:
The total aggregate liability of the Protected Entities to any other parties for damages, losses, or causes of action arising from these Terms of Use or the use of the website shall not exceed INR 1000/-. Diagnostics Master accepts no liability for errors or omissions on behalf of other parties.
Non-Liability Instances:
The Protected Entities are not liable for the failure of Users or Third-Party Service Providers to provide agreed services, be available at appointed times, or for the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Additionally, the Protected Entities are not liable for any comments or feedback given by Users regarding the services provided by Third-Party Service Providers.
Non-Liability Clause for Services:
The Protected Entities are not liable in any circumstance for the failure of Users or Third-Party Service Providers to deliver agreed-upon services, be available at scheduled times, or for the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. The Protected Entities are also not responsible for any comments or feedback provided by Users concerning services offered by Third-Party Service Providers.
Indemnity Agreement:
Covenanters commit to defending, indemnifying, and holding harmless Diagnostics Master, the Protected Entities, independent contractors, service providers, consultants, licensors, agents, representatives, and their respective directors, officers, and employees. This includes claims, losses, liability, damages, and/or costs arising from or related to Covenanter access to or use of the Website, violation of these Terms of Use or any applicable law(s), infringement of the rights of others, including intellectual property rights, or Covenanter conduct in connection with the Website.
Waiver:
No provision is waived unless in writing and signed by Diagnostics Master. Waiver of one breach does not excuse other breaches.
